Andrew Crealy

Founder and Managing Partner

Andrew is the founder and Managing Partner of Fifth Eagle Australia.

Andrew has a passion to assist people achieve their goals. With 20 + years’ experience working with Australian and foreign owned entities as a strategic, operationally focused CFO and more recently as the Managing Director (Australia) of an International CFO Services business.

Andrew’s desire to get out from behind the desk and understand what makes businesses successful lead him to a successful career as a CFO and ultimately drew him into consulting.

“Jumping headfirst into the consulting world was a real eye opener. Being able to provide assistance almost immediately and help businesses achieve their goals and navigate challenges was so refreshing”.

Andrew understands the business landscape for clients and professionals is evolving and was the core to establishing a firm where clients and professionals can mutually achieve their goals.

Andrew is an avid surfer and loves the ocean. If time permits you will find him at the beach with his kids or out the back searching for the next wave.

Kelli McDougall


Kelli has 15 years HR Consulting experience . Degree qualified in Human Resource Management, Kelli has been able to demonstrate bottom-line value to her clients by providing best practice and fit for purpose HR solutions.

Dealing predominately with the SME market in rural, regional and metropolitan areas, Kelli strives to make people management as practical and painless as possible. Having worked across a broad range of industries Kelli provides strategic HR advice to Boards and Executive leadership teams to ensure organisational strategy is delivered by the right people.

Kelli loves spending her downtime with her daughter, family and friends and is an obsessed fisherwoman.

John Ferguson


John Ferguson leads Fifth Eagle’s Executive Search and In-Sourcing Practice across Australia. John has more than 20 years hands-on experience, working globally, sourcing top talent for mid to senior level assignments across a broad range of sectors. He has been instrumental in driving business transformation through creative talent solutions, working with c-suite and senior management to advise and implement appropriate bespoke strategies unique to each business.

At the end of the day, it’s all about great communication and building strong relationships. Something that just comes very naturally to John.

John is a family man with a passion for most sports, he is always up at sunrise to catch the best waves, keep fit and relishes time with his friends and family.

Scott Richardson FCPA GAICD


Scott is a high impact performance driven professional with more than 25 years’ experience and expertise in all facets of accounting, financial management, risk analysis, capital raising and investor relations within high-profile and start-up corporations across a multitude of industry sectors.

Adept at collaborating with all members of the organisation, external stakeholders, clients and investors to achieve business, financial, cost saving, and project management objectives.

Scott has successfully managed finance operations from ASX listed entities to start-up private companies, and worked within multi-billion dollar organisations to owner operator businesses. This includes three years as CFO and Company Secretary of Austin Engineering Ltd, seven years as CFO of BGW Group and prior to that senior finance roles with Downer EDI Ltd, Brambles Ltd, Serco Group plc, Macarthur Coal Ltd, Nugan Group and MTAQ.

Instrumental in business turnaround, strategic and financial analysis, business growth and expansion. A superior articulator, Scott is a true team player, will add value from the outset to any new organisation where leadership, drive and strategic vision are prerequisites for success.

Craig Larsen


Craig Larsen leads Fifth Eagle’s Projects and Consulting Practice across Australia.

Craig has over 20 years consulting and financial services experience in Australia, United States and United Kingdom. He has worked from some of the top multi-nationals including General Motors -Finance, JPMorgan and Deloitte. Craig holds a Master of Business Administration and specialises in corporate and operational strategy and organisational reviews.

Craig has a passion for not-for-profits and has recently completed a nine-month contract as the Chief Transformation Officer for a leading aged care provider. In addition, he has led complex consulting engagements in both public and private sector clients.

Craig is a keen boatie, loves camping and chasing his kids and dogs around parks.

Peter Keith


Since completing his BSc. (Hons) in 1984, Peter has predominantly held sales roles in several
industries including IT (IBM Australia), Banking & Finance (Citibank Limited and Challenge Bank
Limited), Medical Devices (Johnson & Johnson Medical and Olympus Medical), Pharmaceutical (Ego
Pharmaceuticals), Consulting (Mercuri International, TLI) and Recruitment (Origin Healthcare (Skilled
Group), WorkPac, Edge Personnel).

His consulting experience was in the sales arena and saw Peter work with over thirty different
companies in six different countries and eight different sales channels. His last few roles have all
been senior executive positions in the Recruitment/Training and Development industries; including
General Manager at Origin Healthcare, Edge Personnel and Maura Fay Workshops and CEO WorkPac
Peter decided to blend his passion for learning and development together with his years of practical
commercial experience and his Master Practitioner qualifications in NLP to embark on his own path.
In that time he has worked on development projects with some of Australia’s leading organisations
in the IT, Utilities, Financial Services, Recruitment and Healthcare industries.

Peter has direct and specific experience in change management, culture development, leadership,
strategy definition, sales, marketing and organisational development. He has specific expertise in the
Healthcare sector, Social Enterprises and Strategy Development
